A new retail/restaurant building in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. The building consists of 2 stories with potential for an activated roof deck. The building design focuses on a compact layout with the building functions articulated through differentiated masses within the overall structure. The concrete structure is envisioned to be left uncovered and honest with a playful painted pattern overlaid on top of the exposed structure.
