230 Lincoln Road is a project for the Commercial redevelopment of the iconic site of the historic Carib Theatre on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. The project contains approximately 60,000sf of retail and restaurant uses within the footprint of the historic theater accessed through a monumental open air courtyard.
