​Salon Studios is an interior renovation project to add 36 salon suites in an existing 10,000sf multi-tenant retail building for which we had previously acted as the Owner's Representative and General Contractor. The Salon Studios design was driven by the need to maximize the number of individual salons within the space, while providing a neutral backdrop that emphasizes transparency and cleanliness for the salon spaces.
